    How much do your services cost?
    Everything at PSIC is always free of charge. Our free services include pregnancy testing, limited ultrasounds, options consultations, educational classes, and we also offer items from a fully stocked maternity and baby boutique.

    How long will my visit to your center last?
    Most client visits are approximately one hour in length from start to finish. We want to make sure each client is given the best care possible and any questions you have are answered.

    I ran out of formula for my baby. Do you have formula?
    Our shelves are well stocked with many different varieties of formula and other baby food including Enfamil, Similac, Gerber, Nutramigen, Gentlease, soy, and even formula for supplementing breastfeeding.

    I need a car seat. Do you give out free car seats?
    Yes, we do have free car seats available for clients enrolled in our Earn While You Learn program to earn! Just save some of your Baby Bucks from each visit and before you know it, you will have enough to select a new car seat for your child.

    I lost or ran out of Baby Bucks. What do I do?
    Baby Bucks are similar to cash, so you will need to schedule another class to earn more before you can shop in the maternity & baby boutique. The good news is that usually you can earn up to 10 Baby Bucks in just one appointment!

    How do I earn Baby Bucks?
    You can earn Baby Bucks just by visiting our center and meeting with a mentor! Up to 10 Baby Bucks can be earned with each scheduled visit. To earn the most bucks possible, make sure you complete any assigned homework.

    I think I might be pregnant. What should I do?
    The first step to take to see if you might be pregnant is to take a pregnancy test. Give us a call at 616-755-6077. If it is after normal office hours, you can call the 24 Hour Helpline 1-800-712-4357 to talk to someone right away.

    If I am pregnant, can I talk about all my pregnancy options at your center?
    Certainly! You will receive support and services in a confidential, non-pressured environment. Our client advocates provide accurate medical information about pregnancy, fetal development, adoption, and abortion.
